Mr. Winship is the firm's manager and senior counsel. He is an active member
of the Wyoming Bar, the Montana Bar and the Wyoming Trial Lawyers
Association. His over 45 years of experience with the extractive mineral industry
commenced in 1954 with his employment in Carter Oil Co./Humble Oil Co.,
former subsidiaries of Standard Oil Co. of New Jersey (now Exxon/Mobil),
prior to entering into practice in Wyoming in 1965. Also, Mr. Winship
continues to serve as the firm's resource and guide practitioner in developing
satisfactory solutions for the personal and financial problems of our clients.
