Bankruptcy Law

We represent individuals, business or creditor clients in bankruptcy proceedings, that are initiated by either an insolvent individual or business, or creditors seeking to have a debtor’s assets distributed among creditors or, the discharge of the debtor from further obligation or the reorganizing of debt structure. We offer our potential individual clients consumer education and financial analysis in their initial bankruptcy consultation. We can arrange payment plans and guide you through the several bankruptcy processes. We do a whole lot more than fill out mandatory forms!
